Please make sure that you are using the latest version of QSM. Then I request you to please check the below-given documentation link and follow it.

Hi Vijayp4you,

In the free version of QSM the timer will not works if you set Question Per Page as 1. so just empty the question per page field and then check. If you want to show it on each page then you need to use the QSM premium addon name Advanced Timer addon. you can create Multiple Question Pages and set a timer function for each Page.
