Timer restarts after page refresh

Hello,

Thanks for the great plugin, I will defiantly buy the pro version.
But first, can you help me with my issue?

After the timer ends and the user refreshes the page or enters the URL again the timers starts all over. Is it possible to stay at 00:00:00 at least when the cookies are not cleared?

I am using Evergreen timer
Detection methods: Cookie , IP
Restart when expired: None
Reset on page reload: Off

I am not using caching plugin at the moment.
