    Hi,

I installed the plugin but when I request a report from Amazon, it says

Error: Request signature is too far in the past and has expired. Timestamp date: 2019-02-04T01:14:40.000Z

    – I tried to change Setting>General>Timezone I chose different UTCs, also cities, it didn’t work.

    Hey @anymaa.

Thanks for contacting support and for providing that information.

I am afraid this error means that the server timing is wrong. Any host that does not have a proper time set for their servers is a huge red flag. We typically recommend our users to switch to another host when this error occurs because this is something that shouldn’t ever be an issue. Have you contacted your host about this? Your host needs to check the timezones on your server.

    Kind regards,
    John

    Hi,

You were right, I reached the server provider, he said just 20 mins backwards ??

Now I have a new problem, I get a report from Amazon account, but already we have products on website and Amazon, it should fetch based SKU(I chose from Wp-Lister settings) but it’s trying to fetch based ASIN, how I can fetch based seller-SKU = Woocommerce SKU.

Just I am trying to this,
    – Sync Woocommerce and Amazon products by SKU for Woocommerce, seller-SKU for Amazon.
    – I don’t wanna send any new products from Woocommerce to Amazon.
    – Just it should sync quantity and price daily, maybe images but it’s not necessary.

    Thanks.

    Hey @anymaa

Glad to hear that helped ??

Which method are you using to import? If the listings you wish to import belong to your Amazon account, you need to import via the inventory report method: Import From Amazon Methods

Just I am trying to this,
    – Sync Woocommerce and Amazon products by SKU for Woocommerce, seller-SKU for Amazon.

That will happen by default when importing with the inventory report method as long as the SKUs in WC match the SKUs on Amazon. This is explained in the doc linked above.

    – I don’t wanna send any new products from Woocommerce to Amazon.

That is no problem, importing won’t do that.

    – Just it should sync quantity and price daily, maybe images but it’s not necessary.

If you want WC to update prices you would need to use the repricing tool (only available in Pro) and for stock you would need pro to be able to have stock levels updated automatically from sales.

If you wish to work in the opposite directions Amazon > WC you can enable the “update Prices” and “Update stock” settings in the “Imports” page of WP-Lister, and when an import is run, the stock and prices on Amazon will update to WC. But note, you cannot have imports run automatically, they must be run manually.

    Kind regards,
    John
