In the summary emailed to the site owner after the form has been submitted, I use the magic tag {date:H:i}. That seems to be one hour off, though. So when a user submits the form at 10:03, the email will state 11:03. My time settings in WordPress are correct (UTC+2 Europe/Amsterdam) and this only occurs at this particular point.

I have tested it with deactivating other plugins, but the problem persists.

    Any advice?

This sounds like it may be a problem related to daylight savings time – have you made sure that not only are your time settings correct, but also your daylight time settings? Please note that Caldera Forms has actually no manipulation at all of time, so wherever this is coming from, it is not a Caldera Forms setting.

    RESOLVED???????
It took you over a month to reply with a non-answer and then this is set to resolved??????

Caldera DOES do something with time. As I said every setting is UTC+2 in WordPress and Caldera is the ONLY plugin that gets the UTC. WHERE DOES IT DO THAT? Which file? I will correct this bug myself.
