    Any help would be grateful!

The timezone Europe/Amsterdam is shown 2hrs behind the correct time. I’ve been trying to use timezones that would put me ahead 2hrs but nothing worked. Is there a way how can i just set the time i want, without using the timezone. This is how i have it set up: [flipclock date=”7th September 2019″ timezone=”Europe/Amsterdam”]

NEVERMIND, THIS IS JUST A COUNTER GOING EITHER UP OR DOWN. IF THIS WAS AN ACTUAL CLOCK SHOWING REAL TIME, THIS WOULD BE AWESOME!

    Hi Darren,

    Glad it’s fixed.

It’s certianly possible to create a 12/24 hour clock. I’ll add it to the “list of things when I have time to do”.

    Hi Rhys,

    Nothing has been fixed!

I wrote “NEVERMIND” because everything I tried just made a timer and not an actual clock showing the real time. So I assumed it was just for a timer, counting up or down.

The timezone Europe/Amsterdam is 2hrs behind. Instead of timezones why not use the computers clock. Also it only shows the wrong time as a counter not as a clock. After 24:59:59 it goes to 25:00:00.

If you can show how to use the flipclock as an actual clock, that would be awesome!
From everything i’ve seen there are alot of people wanting to use it for that function.

    Kind regards,
    Darren

    Hi Darren,

For what it’s worth the latest version 1.7.4 has the ability to add a clock face of 12 hour or 24 hour clocks.

You can do this for setting the “face” setting to “12h” (for 12 hour clock), or “24h” (for a 24 hour clock).

You can see an example of this here – https://www.winwar.co.uk/documentation/wp-flipclock/

    Hi Rhys,

It’s worth alot, thank you for your reply!

I can now replace the very ordinary digital clock on my website with your very cool looking flip clock. Awesome job!

    Kind regards,
    Darren

    Hi Rhys,

I am loving the flip clock but it loses time!

As soon as the page is refreshed it shows the correct time but when the page is kept open, it starts losing time! To be more precise, when you open another tab and come back to the flip clock tab, it has lost time.

This is the code: [flipclock face=”24h”]
    This is the clock: https://www.growjunkieradio.com

It would be perfect if it kept the correct time!
    Any suggestions?

    Kind regards,
    Darren
