TimeZone Converter Clocks

Hi – I have been recomended your plugin ??

Can I ask please if the following is possible.

I would like one clock to pickup the timezone where the user is located on my website (or the user selects their timezone manually) and the another clock where the user manually selects another timezone? I will be doing events on my website therefore I would like an option that users can do the timezone conversion on the page of the event.
