Timezone Issue (1 Hour Out?)

    Hi gents,

    Wondering if you can take a look at an issue I’m having with the On Air Now and Next widgets that I have plugged into our site? Ive done a forum search and couldnt find anything similar.

    (I have linked the test page that Now and Next feature I’m building is on – its not live at the moment)

    The problem Im having is that things seem to be out by an hour on Now/Next. I watched this yesterday and the show which starts at 6:00pm only clicked into the ‘On Air Now’ section at 7:00pm. However, when I set the countdown on the ‘UP Next’ widget, it was correct and at 6:01pm and said ‘This Show has started’.

    I tried changing the shifts so that the shows ran from 3:00 to 5:59 but it didnt change the result (but looks awful on the schedule so I changed them back!).

    Any Ideas?

    @achanner Sorry for the delay I have been testing an update on the time calculation code throughout the plugin to see if I can get all times using the timezone setting instead of using the server set timezone. As it is quite an extensive change I will need to do some further testing to make sure it doesn’t break anything else.

    Meanwhile, can you any some more relevent information to this Github issue to help with the testing? https://github.com/netmix/radio-station/issues/193

    Completely understand mate – dont worry.

    I have stuck a response on the GitHub for you – let me know if you need anything else.

    Looking at all the Timezones (I never knew there was so many to set), this could be problem between keyboard and chair…
