    Hello,
I just migrate a WordPress site to a new server with a fresh install via Plesk Onyx app for Worrdpress. After the instalation, I transfered my plugin/media files and the database.

The linux server date is Mon Aug 21 15:56:37 EEST 2017
The Plesk display the same date with Timezone Bucharest
In PHP ini default timezone is Europe/Bucharest

In WordPress settings, the UTC time is the current time but the local time (with Bucharest as timezone) is 3 hours later.

When I publish a new post, the datetime is the curent time (like UTC). Unfortunately, the post is not published, but is scheduled event the datetime field seems to be the current one. My trick is to set the publish time 3 hours ago.

In the database, the time zone seems to be ignored. For a FUTURE post, post_date and post_date_gmt are the same, the is no 3 hours diffence.

I’ll appreciate any help, thank you!

I found the error and the way to solve it, it was related to tzdata (linux/plesk server).

    yum -y reinstall tzdata
