    Hello,

I just updated the plugin and now the image descriptions in the slideshow appear AFTER the image is loaded instead of before. How can I change that?

    Thanks a lot

    Hello,

this is the URL, just click on a thumbnail to start the slideshow: https://goo.gl/1f22Dq

This is how it looked before and how I want it to be: https://goo.gl/N8dh4x

    Thank you very much!

    Hi,

Unfortunately, probably you misunderstood the context. Please note that now the Photo Gallery Lightbox works in this way, i.e. image descriptions in the Lightbox appear after the image is loaded.

Thank you! Have a nice day!

    Hello,

okay, is there a way to change this by editing a few lines of code? Because it’s not enough time to read the text in the lightbox, the text is showing up for just 1-2 seconds.

    Thank you

    Hi,

Please be informed that, unfortunately, it not possible to change. Previously, it was working in a wrong way, so our developers have changed it.

Thank you! Have a nice day!

    Hello,

can you please explain why it is supposed to be like that, that you only have one second to read the caption? Sorry but this makes no sense.

    Kind regards,

    Hi,

Could you please provide more details about one second?

The image is being loaded and caption displays.

Thank you! Have a nice day!

    Hello,

thank you very much for getting back to me and sorry that it took me that long to see my notification.

Yes the image is loaded and the caption displays but the slideshow continues automatically within a second, so the user doesn’t even have time to read the caption, especially the longer ones. To see this in action you’ll have to wait for the second pic in the slideshow, for some reason the first always stays for longer.

    Kind regards

    Hi,

Please decrease the duration of the Fade effect of the Lightbox. See the following screenshot.

Thank you! Have a nice day!

I edited the code for the slideshow shortcode which is used on the portfolio sites but the shortcode doesn’t change. Even when I edit the animation speed (see example below) in the shortcode manually it doesn’t apply.

    [fusion_builder_container hundred_percent=”yes” overflow=”visible”][fusion_builder_row][fusion_builder_column type=”1_1″ background_position=”left top” background_color=”” border_size=”” border_color=”” border_style=”solid” spacing=”yes” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” padding=”” margin_top=”0px” margin_bottom=”0px” class=”” id=”” animation_type=”” animation_speed=”0.3″ animation_direction=”left” hide_on_mobile=”no” center_content=”no” min_height=”none”]

    Hi,

Please note that you should make the changes to the Photo Gallery’s shortcode and not fusion builder’s shortcode.

Thank you! Have a nice day!
