I have disabled the plugin now, but when I activated this, it won’t let me move forward in the checkout process and shows a circle like it’s trying to load the page but nothing happens. All the fields to enter input the details are greyed out and can’t be clicked on.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

You can see the error here:

Only deactivating and reactivating the plugin doesn’t add new errors. Did you add other plugins to the website? Could you check if there is a conflict with any other plugin?

Currently the multi-step checkout plugin isn’t activated on your website, so I cannot look into the page’s HTML or the page’s error to see what is causing the loading circle. Could you activate the plugin so I can have a look? Or do you have a website copy where you can activate it?

    Hi Diana,

Hope you are well today. Thank you for coming back to me on this. I don’t have a copy of the website. But I didn’t activate or add any plugins on the site other than the multi-step plugin.
Would having custom CSS to change the position of the email address cause a conflict?

When I enable this it prevents the customer from checking out, can you please let me know a time you are online or where I can share a temporary login for you to activate/deactivate it?

    Thanks,
    Sameena

    Hi Diana,

Further to the above, I don’t know why, but I can seem to get rid of the circle if I only have two steps. You can see this is enabled on the checkout now. Anything more than two steps causes the circle to appear.

    Thanks,
    Sameena

I cannot give you the exact time when I’ll look at your website.

Could you deactivate or comment out the custom CSS that changes the email field’s position to see if that changes anything?

Do you get any JS error in the browser? You can open the browser’s console by hitting Ctrl + Shift + I and choosing the “Console” tab (in Firefox and Chrome).
