• We have tried lowering the batch size down to 50 and we still have a timeout every time we try to create a feed. We noticed it is not creating the feed folder in the server. We are using cloudflare, please advise.

  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues.

What “timeout” are you seeing? Is it a cloudflare timeout?

Also, did you check the WooCommerce fatal error logs of the last couple of days to see if there is anything in there that might explain why this is happening? This is where you can find the WooCommerce fatal error logs: https://woo.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/

    Hello,

We are seeing a 524 error. The logs basically indicate the XML file is so large, it takes too long to generate before the server times out despite us increasing the timeout settings and lowering the batch size to 50.

    Any advice?

How many products are you trying to get into the feed?

We have just shy of 2,200 products. Is there a way we can run this from the command line?

Thanks for your reply, 2200 products really shouldn’t be any problem. Many of our users have over 100.000 products in their feed. Did you already check the content of the WooCommerce fatal error logs of the last couple of days to see if there is anything in there that could lead you/us into the right direction?
