  • Hi,

    I’m having this same problem too. Have you able to fix this?

    Thanks,
    Khairi

    Hi,

    what is the timezone of your blog?

    Can you also please test with 2.0.6?

    I’m having the same problem since I did the upgrading to 2.0.6 on Monday as Davidsdesk. Mine says:

    “All In One Event Calendar has been disabled due to an error:
    Unrecognized timezone ’68:00′

    If you corrected the error and wish to try reactivating the plugin, click here.”

    The funny thing is that it doesn’t happen all the time. I’m constantly doing updating/maintenance to my website and I don’t know when or why it will stop working. I just keep clicking in the link as if I corrected the error, but did nothing. I’m in FL using New York’s time zone.

    Also, I used to have a calendar widget with the list of the next 10 upcoming events as a content block in most of my pages, in the secondary area, and it stopped showing after the upgrading. Any ideas about this as well?

    Thank you!

    Hi nicola.peluchetti,

    My website timezone is UTC+1. I’m also already using the 2.0.6 version.

    The error are as follows;

    I kept getting this error although I don’t even do anything to the plugin. It bothers me to keep reactivating it all the time.

    Please help on how to solve this?

    Thank you

    A number of users on the Time.ly forum have reported going into every setting page located under Dashboard -> Events -> Settings and hitting “Save Options” on them seems to help.

    @cefiar I’ve tried this but none of the tabs in the options page is working: nothing is being displayed!

    Only other things I can suggest:

    If you’re using one of the “Manual Adjust” timezones, try using a similar named timezone that is close to your location and see if that helps.

    Otherwise, if you have mysql experience, look at the ai1ec_events table, specifically the timezone_name field.

    The following query can be quite useful for seeing the number of events that are matched to which timezones:

    select timezone_name,count(*) from ai1ec_events group by timezone_name;

    @cefiar thanks for the reply.
    I tried to manually set the timezone for all events to ‘Europe/Rome’ (it was NULL before in the DB table) but nothing good happened and I got the usual error.

    Without other better idea in mind I modified the source file
    /web_path/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-event-calendar/lib/date/timezone.php:513
    to use that timezone as a default instead of throwing an exception. That is not so elegant, but for now it removes the error.

    But, even though now I’m able to edit the events, it seems that javascript is not working. That is: I cannot open/close the different boxes in the event edit page and, as I wrote before, in the ai1ec admin page none of the tabs can be accessed… so there must be something else :\

    @mrjive can you try to go to app/controller/javascript.php and find the function _echo_javascript(). Then change

    $http_encoder->encode();

    to

    $http_encoder->encode( 0 );

    Hello
    Just have to copy the file “agenda-widget-form.php” located in “wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-calendar/public/admin in the folder “wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-calendar/public/themes-ai1ec/vortex/ ” if you are using the defaut theme vortex, if you are using a child theme copy the same file in “wp-content/themes-ai1ec/your_theme

    hope it will help you !

    I have been avoiding this update because the last update of this plug-in crashed our site. It sounds as if this version is also problematic.

    I have been getting an internal server error, and one of the possible reasons is a plug-in problem. I am still running 1.10.11 of this calendar.

    Any thoughts on whether failing to update the All in One Event Calendar to 2.0.5 could be causing problems?

    Hello,

    The current version is 2.0.13.
    Please upgrade as lots of bugs have been fixed from 2.0.5.
    Make sure you backup your database and site.

    Thanks

    I’m having this error on a client’s site and am unable to fix it. Any tips? She has the most recent version.
