TincyMCE is stuck in CODE mode and the VISUAL button is gone!

  • My tincy mce (standard) is stuck in code mode and the button to switch to visual is nowhere to be found! I don’t know what plugins I have installed recently because I am testing alot of plugins out! So there’s not really a way to know if one of them cause the problem.

    BUT the problem is … I cannot go into visual mode! Can anyone help me on this ??

  • Go to your profile page and check use visual editor when writing.

    I just installed the wp-sticky plugin and this just happened to me. Yes, if you go to your profile page and check “Use visual editor…” it comes back.

    Damn… your right .. I missed that little checkbox… its just not very easily findable… thanks alot ..
