    Hello,

in the many different solutions I was unable to get the Pin Infobox (simple and advanced) to work.

Changed my config.php file but without effect.
Don’t use the classic editor, but tried it.
Tried with the advanced tinyMCE editor, also without result
TinyMCE folder “wp-includes\js\tinymce” has 755 folder permissions.

    Even more options?

    Thanks

    Update:

It works with the creation of a new user with admin rights….

wp-config file made original again and it will continue to work.

Unfortunately it still doesn’t work with the “original” administrator.

Is there anything else that can be done about this?

    Thanks

    Hi Terry,

Unfortunately, I couldn’t find a clear reason what happens this malfunction. It might be a number of reasons, like admin’s capabilities are changes, when loading, it might presume the scripts for the editor are loaded, another plugin might interfere.
On all my website, it never happened to me, but it happened to some of the wordpress community.
The solutions posted is what I’ve learned from people reporting this bug, and solutions found online with same behavior.
If I find any other ways to fix it, will add it to the modal list.

    I’ll further investigate it.

    Regards,
    Dan.
