Tiny MCE Stripping Empty Div Tags

    I’m using WP 3.2.1 in combo with Advanced Custom Fields WYSYWIG and it’s removing empty div tags. NOW… I have done some research and realize all the counterpoints however I’m not in a position to do anything right now other than move forward with these empty div tags. I can hack it by adding a   however if I update the page again it disappears and removes the empty div.

    I’ve tried every combo of plugins I can find nothing seems to work. If someone can please help me resolve this issue I would really appreciate it. I just don’t have the time to re-code stuff to remove all these divs.
