TinyMCE advanced changed buttons don’t show

Hi,

I’ve installed the TinyMCE advanced plugin. Now the editorscreen is to wide due to the buttons, but the strange thing is that this are not all the buttons I’ve selected and also the order is different. I can drag en drop buttons on the optionpage of TinyMCE Advance in the manage section, but the buttons in the Write section are different. I’ve tried everything, make the plugin inactive, clear the cash and make it active again, delete the plugin from the server, repair the database, clear the cash again, reinstall the plugin, but it wil never use the options I’ve selected. In someway there is another buttonbar.
I need this plugin, because I really don’t understand how to make this plugin for the TinyMCE which is with WordPress to add buttons on the original visual editors toolbar.
Why is this not a common thing in WordPress to edit the buttonbar easily like you can do this with the advanced plugin
