TinyMCE Advanced Editor Not Working!

I’ve installed the TinyMCE Advanced Editor plugin for WordPress and can get the plugin’s bars to show up in the post and page editors. I’ve cleared the browsers cache and still have not been able to get the plugins features to show themselves in the editor. Anyone have any ideas of what i should do? I’ve already uninstalled the plugin once.
