TinyMCE buttons gone WP 3.0.1

  • My TinyMCE buttons are gone from my visual editor on one site. I’ve tried some fixes posted in the forum, but most of them are from 2-3 years ago and don’t apply to the directory structure of my WP version. Does anyone have a fresh solution?

  • I had the same problem with WP 3.0.4, but with only one site. Changing to the default theme didn’t help. The offline version worked fine. The solution was to replace the online wp-includes directory with the offline one (I just zipped the offline folder, uploaded it and extracted it). The visual editor now works perfectly.
