TinyMCE editor blank on reply to reply

    I am using the pro version and when I have bbpress and this plugin activated (no other bbp related plugins), when I user replies to a reply they are taken to a blank box with no toolbar for editing their reply. One user mentioned that it is not happening on Safari but is happening on Chrome. It doesn’t happen when a user replies to a topic, only another reply.

    Is there a solution to this?

    @hearken do you have any ideas on fixing this?

    I have a client with a busy forum that is linked to a perineum online course. My client purchased the plugin and don’t have her login details to submit a ticket on your website, and would prefer a response directly to my email.

    Can you please send me the URL for your site so that I can take a look at this issue? You can open a support ticket at https://support.potentplugins.com/ even without using your client’s account (just use your own email address). This forum is for our free plugin.
