tinymce in a plugin

Does anyone know how to get tinymce into a plugin with wordpress 3.0, have tried a few suggestions from other sites and I had managed to get it into my plugin but it seemed there was some css missing as it didn’t look totally the same and I would like it to look the exact same for the users of my plugin.
