tinymce load plugin fail, top button broken, ticket url just show ticket form

Just installed your plugin. I noticed 3 issues so far.

1 – I receive this error at the text editor inside the plugin dashboard. “Failed to load plugin: link from url https://hgis.com.my/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/link/plugin.min.js”

2 – Only at the support page, my back to top button icon is broken. It only showing square box.

3 – I just test submitting a ticket as a guest. And you know the default thank you text where it says “You will get email notification after we post reply in your ticket but in case email notification failed, you can check your ticket status on below link {ticket_url}” . When I clicked the ticket URL, it just showing the ticket form again. Why is that?
