TinyMCE menu not showing up on client’s browser

I have a client who relies heavily on the TinyMCE editor for writing her blogposts. The menu shows up fine when I log in at my end so it has to be an issue with her system, not with the plugin or WP installation. I’ve had her run all updates, empty caches, check that Javascript is enabled, and try a different browser (she uses Firefox, so I had her check in Safari. I see the menu in both browsers).
I’m not sure what else to try. I’m troubleshooting this remotely and she is very non-savvy about such things (like she’s convinced that paying for an unrelated plugin will fix the issue non-savvy) so I’m a bit limited on what I can do for her. Any other thoughts?
