    Hey there,

Please do no open an issue both here and on Github.

What do you mean? Perhaps illustrating with a screenshot could help me understand what is going on.

    Cheers

OK. I’ll explain as simply as possible.

Simply, the difference is in the view mode – HTML or Plain Text. In the Plain Text I see codes. HTML is not necessary. This is just a message. With HTML, we do not get anything either in functionality or aesthetic. Only complicate life.

If I need to choose between HTML and Plain Text then I choose Plain Text.

This is why I suggest that instead of the full possibilities in TinyMCE uses only a limited version that is available for the Support Users.

    Thanks in advance

I’m not sure I get your point, but here is what I think:

    • HTML markup is actually required to add basic formatting of the email
    • If we switch to Plain Text, users can’t format emails
    • The combination TinyMCE / Plain text is a WordPress standard, people are used to it

Yes, you’re right. I know all that. I will try to explain in words. Plugin for notification has placeholders. When sending automatically enter data. This applies to the notification messages.

With regular correspondence I have no complaints. All is well.

Plugin is very nicely designed. But messages corrupts impression. Can you format the default messages so that everything looks nicer and cleaner?

    Thanks in advance

We are planning to improve e-mail templates as you can see here: https://trello.com/c/4COEv5nT

I know e-mails don’t look so nice right now and we’ve been planning to do that for a while. It should be integrated soon.
