TinyMCE Visual editor is not working

Have you tried:
– Flushing any caching plugins you might be running, as well as server and/or browser caches. Not just your browser, but any op cache or content network cache as well such as Cloudflare. If your host provider has a “Purge Varnish” option or if you can ask your provider to flush memcache on your server. If you are using SiteLock, manage your caching there.
– deactivating ALL (yes all) plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem (plugin functions can interfere). If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Sixteen.) for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

I tried all the possibilities but still no luck.Is it an issue with TinyMCE visual editor or ContactForm plugin? I tried many reinstalls of wordpress also.

– Make sure that the box marked “Disable the visual editor when writing” at the top of the screen is not checked. If it is checked, then uncheck it and scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the “Update Profile” button to save your settings.
– If that setting is correct, your browser can help you identify JavaScript issues or conflicts. Do you have any Javascript errors in the console when looking at the editor page? This article can assist you in doing that diagnosis.

Thanks for the response.The checkbox is already unchecked and there are no Javascript issues in the console as well.Trying for all possible options.

I observed that only contact form fields are not working.If I use HTML codes then everything is good.What might the reason for improper functionality of ContactForm fields?Thanks in advance.
