Tinymce WYSIWYG problem

  • Hi, I just recently finished installing WordPress 2.3 locally on my laptop. I have downloaded all the required plugins and all of them works miraculously, except one tiny error concerning Tinymce WYSIWYG plugins.

    When i go to editor inside admin panel to post a page or post, the writing box is no longer in white. Instead it’s now in black color.

    Also, I have problem with wp-cache. After activating the plugin, I went to the it’s option and see nothing. Just a page with a title “WP-Cache Manager” and below it written Main Options.

    3rd, I successfully insert an advert into the header of my main index, but the thing is, it just separate the page and place the ad in the middle. how to make the ad integrate smoothly with the theme?

    i know..i know..i only say I have 1 problem but end up having three! my apologies.

    can anyone help me?
