Tip text doesn’t appear on cart page

    Followed instructions precisely in your video and from a step-by-step web page, and still the tipping text and function doesn’t display. I tried disabling my ad blocker, refreshing cache, and still no luck. Suggestions, please?

    Hi @mgc,

    I inspected your page and found out that the tip options were actually there but not visible.

    You can try inserting the shortcode [wpcot] into the page to display the tip options again. If that doesn’t work, you can choose a different position for the tips on your cart page under WPClever >> Order Tip menu. Certain templates or themes don’t allow items to be inserted in certain positions.

    Hi @janilyn409, thanks for replying. The shortcode works, although it’s important to add it outside the WC code, otherwise it produces additional visible code. Thank you!
