I am using a popup tool called Tippy (6.2.1) to provide in placehelp text, for table entries. Everything works find under Chrome (31.0.1650.57), but not under Firefox (25.0.1) or IE (11.0.9600.16438)

I am running on WP 3.7.1.

I have deactivated the other plugins, but no change.,..problem still exists.

The website in question is http://parisclairesalon.com/services/ – look for a question mark beside “Japanese Bio-Ionic Relaxer”,”Brazilian Keratine Relaxer” and “Hair Botox (non-Keratine)”

Any idea what the problem is?

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

I’m not exactly sure but this might be related to table output caching. As you are probably logged-in into WordPress in Chrome, the caching is not used there, so that this problem does not appear there.
Please try turning the caching off, by extending the table’s Shortcodes to

    [table id=123 cache_table_output=false /]

    Regards,
    Tobias
