Title and Description fields are in two places

In Settings -> Subscribe & Connect -> General, the Title and Description text boxes don’t appear to do anything. In order to customize the title and description of the Subscribe & Connect widget, you must go to Appearance -> Widgets -> Subscribe & Connect instead. In order to eliminate confusion, please remove one of the two places where title and description can currently be specified.
