Title and description of dynamic pages

    Dear friends,
    Each property single page on our real estate website is dynamically loaded from an external source.
    How can we manage that google fetch title and description (first 170 characters from description), and so that they can be properly presented in search resoults?

    Introducing “excerpt” in yoast description on template page, first words of description text are fetched by google.
    Now I just need to solve how to fetch the title
