title and description on front page appears strange

I have a problem with the title and description that loads on the front page of google for this website. I use Yoast and I have written all the titles and descriptions myself for each page. All the sub pages are fine however the home page title and description on google pulls from the ‘admin – general’ section and not from the actual page itself. I have no idea what is causing this but on google it would not inspire anyone to click on it. Please can someone help. I dont know how to change it. See link below to see example. It is the first organic listing under the ads. See how it looks – very strange indeed. PLEASE can you help?
