Title and Tags

Hello.

Very often, when publishing an article, the title (https://i.imgur.com/MUMpHdG.png) disappears: some of the text may disappear, or it returns to the previous preservation of the title. I have to carefully check the article before publishing. It is good that the articles are not immediately published, but it was often the case that the article comes out trimmed in the title.

Working with tags is very inconvenient (https://i.imgur.com/AxQpvgs.png). I enter tags, but they disappear, they may twist, or they may not, you have to re-enter, this is not convenient. And this mode switch? When I am preparing an article, I want to enter tags in parallel, I have to switch the mode and wait for it to load – make it convenient, please.
