title bar colour

    Please advice, can the black title bar which holds the title with a blue underline be changed from black, its on every page? If so, how is it done?

    We can change title bar color with the help of custom css. Please apply the below given css under Appearance -> Customize -> Additional Css-

    #intro {
 background: blue !important;
}
