Title beside Pictures / Padding?

Hey all,

i just upgraded the Plugin but now the Titel is beside / under the thumbnail (e.g. https://bergtour-online.de/testberichte/schuhe/ – right side at the end).

is it possible to get the text directle beside the picture like it has been before? and also to include some padding on the left text side?

im not a developer ??
