Title Bubble

Thanks for the plugin.

I add a multipin map to display several points on a map and link each point to details, a post. But if the marker has a link beside the title and description so is a click on a marker the direct opening (target blank – maybe possible to add this as an option to leave the user at the current page) to the post. Maybe you would add the option to leave the link of a marker for the title and description. So people click, see the content inside the bubble, and have the option to click the link.
What do you think?

Another helpful change would have to the option to see the bubble on a marker for mouseover, not only on a click.
