Title/Hero Image not appearing

    Hi,

    I am newbee to WP World and need small help.

    I have installed WP 5.5.3 then Installed WooCommerce Plugin. Earlier, it was working fine. Now the problem I am facing is with title/hero image.

    On all the themes that I try, title image is not appearing. I have disabled all the extra plugins, but still problem persists.

    I have tried StoreOne, 99fy, Top Store and other themes, but all of them seems to be having the same problem i.e. Title image not loading. The image is also as per recommended size.

    Please Help.

  • What exactly are you calling a “Title/Hero image”? Can you show an example, via a screenshot or a perhaps a link to the demo of your theme showing this “Title/Hero image”?

    And if this is occurring across multiple themes, could it be you’re misunderstanding something fundamentally?

    I agree, I think something small is missing somewhere / fundamentally wrong. Since its happening for all the themes.

    This is a slider. It’s not part of WordPress itself, but a feature of your specific theme. Not all themes have a slider, and how one theme implements a slider is likely to be very different from how another theme implements it.

    The instructions on how to set up the slider for your theme is available in the theme’s setup video linked below. Please make it a habit to seek out and study the documentation of any theme or plugin you use: doing so will save you from hours, days or even weeks of frustration.

    Thanks a lot. Yes, I jumped into things without proper preparation.

    I will implement slider and get back to you (after documentation) in case of any issue.
