Title homepage adds separator when shouldn’t

    Hello, i have this set to home page title:

    %sitename% %page% %sep% %sitedesc%

    But when i visit the home the title is:

    <title>sitename -</title>

    As you see there’s a %sep% being added.

    Afaik the separator should be there only when needed. So why it’s doing this?
