Title Link

As of right now the title link will only work when I click the title. I would like it to extend over the entire background image, so anywhere you click it will take you to the link.

*note: because I did not use any title in the editor the buttons of “youth and family” and “adult and family” only work if you press the very top of it.
Please let me know if this possible at all, thanks!
