Title link toggle doesn’t appear to work for page queries

Thanks, @ronalfy for the very useful plugin! I think I’ve found a minor bug that occurs when querying pages. When I choose to “enable title link” on pages the title is not linked, although the featured image is. I’ve tried it on several sites with the same result.

Thanks again for your hard work on this plugin, it’s one of my favorites!
