Title not displaying

    Hi – you’ll find the carousel slider under heading ‘Our Promise’. I have settings defined for the post title to show, but it doesn’t show. I’ve then created an h2 tag within the post body, but all post content renders as <p> – all other formatting is stripped. How can I fix this please?

    Thank you for using our plugin.

    Regarding the post title not showing up in the carousel slider, we have thoroughly tested the plugin and it seems to be working fine on our end. It is possible that there may be some conflict with other plugins or themes on your website. We suggest you to try deactivating all other plugins and switching to a default WordPress theme to see if that resolves the issue.

    Regarding the formatting of the post body content, it is normal for WordPress to wrap the content in tags by default. Heading tags like <h2>, <h3> is for post titles.
