Title not the same as my wordpress title

Hey Guys, My title element used to be one thing and then I changed it in the general settings to another thing. When I did this the title element was changed but after two days, it magically switched back to the old title element. Why would it do that?

Should I change it in the code or something? On my Dashboard it has the new title element but on my actual site it has the old one.

Any help?
