Title on homepage and blog don’t change

    Hi,

    I switched to yoast recently. Now I got the problem that the titles don’t get saved on the home page and the blog, as well. The page title are update in wordpress but the source code doesn’t change at all. All other pages and posts work perfectly fine. Does anybody have a solution? Thanks in advance.

    Hi @olegadvidera ,

    We’re sorry to hear you’re having issues with the titles on your site.

    Please check the settings for the SEO Title for the Homepage and Blog Page. You can do so by going to the post edit screen for each page and clicking “Edit Snippet” button. You’ll find a field for the SEO Title there.

    If you’ve already configured the title correctly, it’s possible this issue is caused by your theme. To verify if this is the case, please switch temporarily to a default theme, like TwentyTwenty and check if the issue is solved. You can use the health check plugin to run a conflict check without disturbing your site.
