Title size same as text size

    Hi!
    I use default style template for my auto newsletter which send last posts.
    The newsletter used to display as expected but I have made some **** and now I have an issue with title size. The title have the same size than text so titles are too small.
    It displays correctly in the admin but when I send a preview, the title are 12px.

    The issue remains even if I create a new newsletter.
