    A title containing a comma, such as “St Stephens, Norwich”, is displayed as “St Stephens & Norwich”.

    Sorry, this should refer to the author field, not the title.

    So an author with the name “St Peter’s, Norwich”, for instance, is rendered as “St Peter’s & Norwich”.
