title tag chaotically disappears/appears

title tag always disappear when cache preloaded and option “minify html” is on.

When you say the title tag do you mean html title tab <title>my site title </title>

Have you got an example of a URL with the title tag and one without?

On all the ones I have looked at the title is added by your SEO plugin

Since I switched off html minification all tags on place, but just I switch it on and preload cache this tag disappears from all pages/posts.

If you add any url parameter to any page you will see the original page with title tag. For example: https://forcesail.ru/?a=1

Can you take a screenshot of the source code with the title tag in it so I can see where you are seeing it and compare it to the pages without the title tag?
