Title tag in the blog is the same as in the Home page

  • Hi there,
    I stumbled upon a problem with the title tag in the blog page of my WP CMS site.
    Generally the title tags placed correctly throughout the site except on my blog page:
    https://compare-forex.com/blog/
    I opened the page source and it shows the title tag from the home page.
    It should show different title tag there.
    I tried different themes but results are the same.
    The header.php is the same throughout the site.
    How can I fix it?

  • If you mean the bit in the browser at the top, then its probably your settings for “about your site” bit – look it up under Settings.

    I mean the title tag! Look in the “page source” of https://compare-forex.com/blog/ in your browser.
    You can see on the blog page the title tag is the same as in the home page https://compare-forex.com/ “page source”.
    They should be different as I specified the different title tag in “All in one SEO” plugin.
    If I don’t use all in one SEO plugin it should show just “blog” as a title tag but it still shows the home page title tag.
    I switched themes as well to no avail.
