Title tag not saving one particular title

I have written 40 odd title tags in the place categories but it is not saving one title tag. Each time I click ‘save changes’ the text box clears again. On the link below, the site is auto-generating the title. Not the one I keep trying to save which is ‘Hotels Cornwall | Beach hotels | Adventure Activities Cornwall.’ Any ideas?
I’m wondering if there might be a conflict or a bug in Geo themes as one category out of 40+ is not showing up either.
