Title tag on user profile page is set to "no name"

    Hi,

    I am using WP 4.5.2 with Ultimate Member 1.3.51 on Multisite. It’s not my first contact with Ultimate Member, but it’s my first site with WP 4.5.

    On this new site the title tag on user profile page is set to “no name”. So the browser tab shows “no name”, too. Is there a fix on it?
