Title tags for Alt

    I am experiencing a problem where I have input both title and alt tags for all my gallery images through the envira gallery. However, when I inspect the image, I am getting

    alt="title tag value here, not the alt tag"

    Why wont the alt tag display the alt meta information and not the title meta information?
