title tags, height width by image links

    I’ve read that you are the man for usability.
    wp is a wonderful software – but if you are blind like a searchengine you can’t use it without troubles:
    the title tag would be very helpful:
    there are no title tags at the comment pop ups links,
    at the links next page previous page
    link to the author if you are logged in
    or at the trackback URI’s in the default theme,

    if I create an image link via the admincenter the validator and [IE] can’t find the height and width tag for images,

    I know that the Wp community creates wonderful plugins for every feature we know or we don’t know today ??

    is there any chance to create WP (more) usability for people with handycaps?
