Title tags suddenly missing, please help!

Hi everyone,

Suddenly the <titles> on all of my pages are not display. However the meta desc does show. We have values set in yoast for the title, and they were working perfectly until 2 weeks ago. I am using the most current version of the yoast plugin.

I disabled all plugins that I thought could be interfering. I checked the header file and <title><?php wp_title(”); ?></title> does not exist in it. I tried adding it back into the head, but it didn’t fix my issue.
